Cross-Selling Module Installation
The procedure is simple, and you only need the compressed file of the module.
Even so, it is necessary to meet some minimum requirements to guarantee the functioning of the module:
- For Prestashop version 1.6
- For Prestashop version 1.7
- Administrator accounts in the backoffice with module installation permissions.
Settings
Once the module is installed, you must access the module configuration screen (by clicking on the “Configure” button).
Auto Mode
If you activate it, an algorithm of the module is in charge of searching for related products according to different parameters of the same.
If you do not do it, only products will be displayed of the same category as the product being displayed.
Show price in products
This parameter will allow you to show or not the price in the boxes of products that will appear as “related products”.
Number of products to show
You can choose the number of products you want the module to show as related. Too high a number is not recommended (recommended 4 or 8 products).
